Shipping Policies

  • We currently only ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Our in store pick-up option is available for orders within Puerto Rico.
  • Standard shipping is offered, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 days. Usually, packages arrive in less than 5 days, but there might be occasional delays caused by FedEx or other factors beyond our control.
  • Online and In-Store pick up orders may take up to three business days to process and ship information. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Fridays will be processed and managed on Monday.
  • You agree to pay the shipping and handling charges displayed during your purchase. If there are any changes to shipping charges, we will notify you prior to mailing your order.
  • Any delivery dates or times provided during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage to items passes to you upon delivery to your specified location.
  • Product Inspection: Please inspect your products upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, do not accept the shipment. You must notify us of any complaints about defects or order discrepancies. In the case of defective products, you can choose to return them for a full refund, or keep the product and request a price reduction.
